A 5% Early Bird Registration Discount will be available for those who complete Steps 1 and 2 of Registration by September 1, 2026. Make sure to use the promo code you'll receive in your registration confirmation email when you make your payment.

Full Payment
Scroll down and filter for your delegation and select the Full Payment Link to make one payment for $1860.

Installment Payments
Filter for your delegation and select the Installment Payment Link to make the first of four payments of $465 each.

Deposit for Aid Applicants. Y-Assist Applicants can provide their $40 deposit at the first meeting via check or cash (in an envelop with your name, please).
 
The Deposit will be waived for Early Bird Registrants (those who complete registration and submit their Y-Assist Application by September 1).

There is a full pay, installment pay, or Y-Assist deposit link for each delegation. Make sure to complete your full or initial installment payment by September 1 to take advantage of our Early Bird Discount. The discount code will be included in the registration confirmation email you receive. Check your spam folder! Promo code must be used at time of payment to receive the discount.
